Lake-T is a full-scale interior renovation of a private apartment located in Key Biscayne, Florida — a tranquil coastal setting that inspired the project’s soft, natural materiality and timeless aesthetic.
This comprehensive transformation included the kitchen, bathrooms, dining and living areas, family room, study, interior doors, and flooring — turning the residence into a cohesive and refined expression of the client’s vision of home.
Intentional Design
The design process began with an architectural survey of the existing apartment, laying the foundation for precise planning and thoughtful spatial interventions. Every decision — from the selection of textures and materials to lighting, furniture, and layout — was carefully made to balance functionality, elegance, and comfort.
A palette of soft neutrals and organic tones sets a calming atmosphere, complemented by clean lines and warm textures. The kitchen and bathrooms are defined by light marble finishes and custom cabinetry, while the living areas blend sophistication and ease through curated furnishings and artful lighting.
Close collaboration with the client allowed every corner of the home to reflect their personality and needs. The final result is a residence that feels intentional, graceful, and deeply lived in — a true embodiment of The Poetry of Space.
