Casa Botan is a 7,705 sq ft residence that redefines quiet luxury through thoughtful interiors, custom craftsmanship, and a design vision rooted in balance and warmth.
Set within a newly built tropical enclave, this project involved a full interior design journey and curated architectural enhancements to elevate the essence of the home. The client arrived with a blank slate and a desire to bring clarity and personality to each space. AB Concepts responded with a holistic vision — treating every room as an opportunity to create something intentional, timeless, and uniquely hers.
Crafted harmony
The design language is a refined blend of modern and classic elements, layered with rich textures and earthy sophistication. A neutral palette of beiges, warm grays, and natural tones creates a soft foundation, while curated accent colors and subtle architectural interventions add rhythm and visual movement. The lighting plan was a central focus — not just functional, but emotional — shaping the ambiance and flow of the entire home.
Much of the furniture was custom-designed and imported, made specifically for this project. This gave way to some of the most imaginative moments in the process: designing exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect the client’s personality and the home’s serene identity. These elements brought The Poetry of Space to life — where furniture, light, and form come together to tell a personal and elevated story.
