About the Founder
I’m Alfonso Bayona, founder of AB Concepts. I studied architecture in Colombia, and throughout my career, I’ve taken multiple programs and courses in interior design — a world that has always felt like home to me. This isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion. Designing spaces has been my dream for as long as I can remember, and there’s something incredibly fulfilling about waking up every day to do what you truly love. I enjoy working on all types of projects, whether big or small. Each one brings new challenges, new perspectives, and new design lessons. That curiosity and desire to grow led me to create AB Concepts — a space where I could expand my knowledge and leave more than just a signature on each project, but a piece of my passion as well. My personal style is modern, minimalist, and timeless. I’m drawn to clean lines, intentional details, and a subtle integration of current trends that keeps each space feeling contemporary yet enduring. I believe that good design doesn’t shout — it speaks quietly, with purpose. The Poetry of Space is more than a concept — it’s the heart of AB Concepts.
