Cabernet Cuts

Spanning over 9,800 sq ft and seating more than 230 guests, Cabernet Cuts is a steak and wine restaurant concept designed for a luxury hotel setting — a bold, immersive experience that blends sculptural design, rich materiality, and curated ambiance.

This proposal was envisioned as a destination where elegance meets comfort, and where every design detail amplifies the dining ritual. The interior layout flows organically, allowing guests to feel both enveloped and elevated. At the heart of the space, a dynamic, custom-designed lighting installation weaves across the ceiling like a suspended ribbon — evoking movement, sophistication, and visual drama.

Sensory Elegance

The palette is deep and sensual: wine-inspired tones, warm woods, ivory upholstery, and reflective surfaces. Layers of texture and light create a space that feels both intimate and theatrical. Plant life is used not just as décor but as a softening architectural element, grounding the design in nature while enhancing privacy and depth.

Furniture selections balance curved comfort with tailored silhouettes, creating a refined yet welcoming environment. Materials were selected not only for their elegance, but also for their durability in a high-traffic hospitality setting.

Cabernet Cuts captures the spirit of The Poetry of Space: a narrative where color, form, and lighting converge to heighten the dining experience — transforming a meal into a moment worth remembering.
