Located in the heart of Brickell, Miami, 218 SE is a 1,408 sq ft apartment that underwent a full transformation to meet the evolving lifestyle and refined taste of the client. The existing space, untouched since its original construction, was reimagined through a complete renovation — blending modern functionality with the timeless, sophisticated aesthetic that defines AB Concepts.
The design direction focused on creating clean, well-defined spaces with a minimalist yet warm atmosphere. A soft, grayscale palette anchors the project, enriched by earthy undertones and a careful play on textures. This subtle combination adds depth and elegance, allowing materials to speak through contrast and touch.
Crafted for living
The kitchen and bathrooms were fully remodeled to reflect a more refined and contemporary sensibility. Two carefully selected marbles were used as countertops and backsplashes, bringing a sense of luxury and sculptural presence to these spaces. The kitchen was redesigned to improve functionality and personalization, while the bathrooms were updated with clean lines, subtle finishes, and a more elevated aesthetic.
Architectural elements and lighting played a key role throughout the apartment. Every detail was considered to enhance spatial flow, define the atmosphere, and create a sense of calm sophistication across all rooms.
From architecture to interior styling, every layer of the project reflects AB Concepts’ vision of The Poetry of Space — where materials, light, form, and function come together in quiet harmony.
